* Requirements for "FREE for use" terminals, printers, and pinpads:
  • apply online and be approved for a merchant account, meeting the indicated requirements through Provision, Inc,
  • complete the correct "Application for Equipment Package" above and FAX it to (281) 497-1013
  • if you decide at a later time to process credit cards through another company, you agree to return the equipment in good working condition or you agree to buy the equipment.

** Merchant MUST have already been accepting MasterCard and VISA and maintain $5,000 per month in MasterCard and VISA volume to qualify for "FREE for Use" thermal printer.  Thermal printer can be purchased for  $ 175.00

*** All PinPads incur a $ 15.00 injection fee prior to shipping.

Merchant must pay shipping for all equipment. Shipping method is UPS Ground. This offer is valid only in the U.S.A.
     

All merchant accounts are referred to and processing services are provided by North American Bancard, a registered ISO/MSP of HSBC Bank USA, National Association, Buffalo, NY.
